Downgrade my account!

It has been about 6 days, since I asked getresponse to downgrade my account. When you guys first launched i was tricked into believing I was upgrading for free. I recently signed to getresponse 10 days before the new launched, and was very satisfied with my billing plan. Until recently I check my paypal account, an extra 30 dollars was deducted. Thats, when I realize 2 days after the getresponse 6.0 launch that it cost extra. I contacted phone support, no one picked up, I contacted by chat, it told me to wait about 3 hours or so.. I created a ticket, and got a response from them saying that they will downgrade my account. Been, about 5 days eversince, still no confirmation on my account. I have a headache, and thats not good. I'm up to the point of either getting my account downgrading, or switch to another autoresponder service. This hurts, you know!

This is my case also.
Did you get your account downgraded?

how can I also get my previous plan and not the upgraded account?

In case of any billing or upgrade / downgrade
inquiries, I would recommend contacting our
Billing Department as only they have the full
access to your transaction history and are
authorized to change the status of our Customers
accounts.
