Confirmation emails

Hi,
Firstly I really love GR. It is a great system that has made my life a lot easier over the years.

However I have started to get quite a few clients making negative comments about the confirmation email they are sent. Every email now has the following as the FIRST line:

We have received your request for a
subscription to a mailing list maintained by
GetResponse email marketing service.
-------------------------------------------------------------

I am finding that people who subscribe to one of my lists firstly are surprised that the email hasn't come from me.
Secondly as many of them are getting a list that is not for marketing purposes (community emails) and think my forms have been taken over by someone else for marketing purposes.
Thirdly I state that all emails are confidential and the first thing they are greeted with is another company's name who look like a marketing company.
A number of people have email me direct to tell me my forms have been hacked by someone else who are stealing peoples emails.

This is not good for my reputation or business. Please PLEASE have an option that does not have this blatant marketing line at the start. I have no problem with it being further down but not the first sentence. It is wholly unproductive and damaging. I am trying to build a business and help a community of people not market Getresponse.

Good Day,

I bought the 10.000 plan, however I wasn't aware that I have to wait until the 10.000 people confirm so I can start sending them emails.

It is known that confirmation emails are not seen as advertising emails, so it would be probably takes the entire month for the 10.000 confirmations, and I will lose my money of the month I paid. And I hired the services for email marketing purposes.

The other option is to send you the 10.000 ip addresses where the people subscribed. Unfortunately our lists come from other sources different than the Internet, such us events, agreements with other education institutions where they agree to send emails to their students, so we don't have individual subscription confirmations, they just hand us the lists.

This put me in a situation where I can't work, I'd like to ask to either help me out with this situation, or refund me my money.
