Hi.
This is regarding your WYSIWYG HTML editor.
Hotmail and yahoo e-mail clients do not display spaces between paragraphs correctly for getresponse e-mails.
This means that if I create a new paragraph in the WYSIWYG editor, the paragraph space will not show in hotmail or yahoo.
These are the 2 largest e-mail clients in the world, and getresponse not having this sorted is shocking and seriously bad for your business. Millions of people are seeing this mistake, and its beyond belief that getresponse has done nothing to stop it.
To create a proper space, I am forced to press SHIFT + ENTER, which will display correctly on these 2 e-mail clients, but using simply a paragraph gap doesn't work.
The second thing is that you haven't bothered to let us (ie the customer) know that this problem exists when displaying messages in some e-mail clients and that we will need to use SHIFT + ENTER to display the paragraph gap. Millions of e-mails are being sent to yahoo and hotmail addresses, and are not being displayed correctly.
This makes getresponse look extremely bad to millions of people and needs to be solved ASAP. I understand you can't make the e-mails display perfectly for everyone, but hotmail and yahoo are 2 of the largest e-mail clients in the world and to simply ignore the problem is not helping getresponse deliver the best service.
You could simply make the default paragraph space the same as the SHIFT + ENTER space and that would solve the problem, but nobody has even bothered to do that. Please let me know what is going to happen.
Thanks in advance.
